Transporting your package
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Mondial Relay for France, in depot. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Packages are oversized and protected.
When you order, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your basket and the items it contains.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. This link is available in "Your Account".
We take special care to pack and protect your package to avoid any problems during the delivery of your order. However, if you notice a problem upon receipt of your package (damaged figurine, non-compliant product), please contact us immediately.
Please note that damaged packaging or box will not be grounds for refund or return of the package.
In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not send you a paper invoice. When you order, you will receive an email containing the invoice in PDF format that you can download and save. Print only if necessary.
Please note: delivery times are given as an indication only, they do not constitute a commitment on the part of ArtAndToys and if the delivery time is exceeded, this will not be sufficient to reimburse the delivery costs.
